Refund and Returns Policy

1. Scope

This Refund and Returns Policy applies exclusively to purchases made through the B2B portal of Armeria Meschieri and is reserved for professional customers.

All products sold through the portal are made to order and customized according to the specifications provided by the customer.

2. No Right of Withdrawal – Custom-Made Products

Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of the products, returns and refunds are not accepted once an order has been confirmed.

Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned after production has started.

3. Damaged or Defective Goods

In the event that goods are delivered damaged or defective, the customer must:

  • Notify Armeria Meschieri in writing within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photographic evidence of:
    • The damaged goods
    • The original packaging
    • The shipping label

Upon verification, Armeria Meschieri will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product, or
  • Replace the product, or
  • Issue a refund

Damage caused during transport is covered, provided it is properly documented and reported within the stated timeframe.

4. Customer Errors (Size, Color, Configuration)

If the order does not meet the customer’s expectations due to incorrect specifications provided by the customer (including, but not limited to, size, color, or configuration choices), the order does not qualify for a return or refund.

However, Armeria Meschieri may, on a case-by-case basis and without obligation, evaluate the possibility of:

  • Remaking or modifying the product

Any such intervention will be subject to:

  • Approval by Armeria Meschieri
  • Production feasibility
  • All related costs, including production, handling, and shipping, being entirely borne by the customer

5. Return Authorization

No goods may be returned without prior written authorization from Armeria Meschieri.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

6. Shipping Responsibilities

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
